Vodafone KPIs

The IMS Insider editor has been on holiday, but is back fully refreshed now...

My colleague Martin Geddes posted the best analysis of future telco services that I've read for a long time on the Telco 2.0 blog. I am currently translating that into 'IMS-speak' as part of our preparation for the IMS Services Forum on 4-5 October.

Here we'll be unveiling a new framework for defining IMS-based applications and services, which we'll be testing and developing with the other speakers at the event over the summer.

And, for those interested in business models, here is a link to the best analysis of Vodafone's recent KPIs are here.

We're delighted to announce the MultiServiceForum as an endorsing partner of the IMS Services brainstorm on 4-5 Oct.

Roger Ward, their President, will be giving a stimulus presentation on 'Interoperability and 3rd Party integration' where, among other things, he'll be updating us on GMI 2006, the world’s first massive ‘real network’ trial of multi-vendor interoperability of the IMS service framework. (See very important press release here.)

MSF members get special discounted prices for the event.

Here's some more background on the MSF and Roger:
